Champion Learner Success: Support learners in creating CVs, preparing for interviews, and building confidence in their communication—especially in English.
-Track Progress: Monitor learners’ development using Google Workspace and other tracking tools.
-Boost Confidence: Help learners feel more prepared and capable of navigating today’s job market.
2. Admissions Management (First 1–2 Months of Each Cohort Intake)

-Tamkeen Coordination: Provide updates and admissions reports as needed.
-Info Sessions: Organize and host information sessions for potential participants.
3. Cohort Coordination (Between and After Program Sessions)
-Attendance Monitoring: Track and follow up on learner attendance during sessions.
-Progress Documentation: Record learner completion of assignments and milestones.
-Engagement Strategies: Support the development and execution of engagement strategies (in partnership with facilitators and the expert trainer).
-Post-Course Follow-Up: Track graduates’ placement status and post-program activities during the 12-week follow-up phase.
4. Reporting & Record-Keeping
-Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of learner attendance, submissions, and placement outcomes. Provide periodic reports to the program management team and Tamkeen.
**5. Employer Liaison Support
-Collaborate with the Localized team to reach out to employers and promote placement opportunities.
-Support planning and execution of a local career fair for learners.
